For this QT remodel, the scope of work encompassed all elements needed to deliver a fully functional and efficient plumbing system. Guided by detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical plans, our team undertook the task of implementing a robust infrastructure.

The project required providing and installing domestic water and sanitary sewer systems. This included the necessary piping, valves, supports, and insulation for a high-performing setup. Specific installations included trap primers, floor sinks, frost-proof wall hydrants, backflow preventers, and vents through the roof.

Efficient Underground Systems

Custom Works Plumbing was responsible for all underground plumbing, including trench excavation, backfill, and compaction. A new 1,000-gallon grease trap and test well were installed as part of the plan. After completing the switch from the existing grease trap, we safely removed and disposed of the old system.

The team also handled connecting the system to existing utilities, ensuring seamless integration. Special attention was given to the installation of hangers, supports, and insulation to guarantee a durable and efficient network.
